Hmn, one reason companies from socialized countries might outperform American companies is that they don’t have to provide employer-based healthcare. Just a thought.

ARNOLD'S RHAPSODY
Below are the lyrics to “Arnold’s Rhapsody” a parody of Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody.”
ARNOLD’S RHAPSODY
Is this the real life? Or sci-fi fantasy? Caught in the crossfire, no escape from reality What’s wrong with my head, look into my bed and see, Lamentations of women, I get no sympathy Cause it was easy come, easy go, pumping hard, pumping...

Time.com Q&A: The Adventures of Unemployed Man →
“If you ever wanted to make sense of the bubble-riding, downsizing, outsourcing, debt-inducing, credit-crazy, middle-class-destroying era we’ve all just lived through—and in many ways, which we all continue to live in—a comic book will do the job as good as any. Hilarious, clever, very relevant, and surprisingly insightful and thought-provoking, “The Adventures of Unemployed Man” features a cast...

Seems like the reviews of Unemployed Man just keep getting better!
Though a funny graphic novel, I see so many of my family and friends reflected in these characters and in the plots played out. Needless to say, Origen and Golan have one hell of a story on their hands, and it couldn’t have been told better by anyone else.

ADVENTURES OF UNEMPLOYED MAN
The Adventures of Unemployed Man is a hilarious and brilliant dissection of our current economic meltdown. It’s a richly illustrated book done in the style of classic superhero comics.
The book quickly became a national bestseller—and one of the best-reviewed graphic novels of the year. It was dubbed “the funniest economic primer ever written” (Salon) and a book that...

GOODNIGHT BUSH
Goodnight Bush is a parody of the children’s classic Goodnight Moon built around the end of Bush’s presidency.
The book was published in May, 2008, and quickly became a New York Times and national bestseller.
The website featured the hugely popular interactive George W. Bush Presidential Librarium:
The text of the book was set to four-part harmony. Here’s a video of the...

Unemployed Man in New York at Comic-Con 2010
We had a great trip to New York ComicCon—a three-day comics convention attended by around 100K people.
As soon as we arrived, I found a calling booth and quickly transformed into… UNEMPLOYED MAN! We then walked down to Times Square and turned it into Good Times Square.
Words and photos struggle to capture how delighted people were by Unemployed Man. Countless people asked to take...

White Rage vs. Democracy: Reflections on Hate
As the co-author of one of the most eviscerating books about Bush’s legacy, GOODNIGHT BUSH, I see a very stark contrast between the contempt people had for Bush and the hate people have for Obama.
The difference is race.
This is the story of White Rage (the page above appears in THE ADVENTURES OF UNEMPLOYED MAN).
For fans of the Confederacy (perhaps 25% of our population)...
